Our classes are centered around real-world experience and hands-on training. If you would like to share some of your professional experiences or give advisory lessons to our students.
One-Time Event Volunteer
The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts actively participates in many events that require volunteer participation. Included are events such as the NCCJ Walk-a-Thon and WGBH's Telethon and Urban League events like our Annual Gala and Summer Jazz Event. Tech Center Volunteer/Tutors
Because our Technology Center is open to the public from Tuesday to Thursday (4:30 pm-7:30 pm), volunteers are being recruited to help in answering technological concerns that our target audience may have while they are using the computers.
ULEM Internship Opportunities
If you are in school and need to fulfill internship requirements or would like to get experience in a nonprofit organization, the Urban League has opportunities that may be suitable for you. Opportunities exist in the areas of advocacy, technology, public relations, and education. If you would be interested in becoming an Urban League intern.
