The ULEM Technology Training Institute has grown tremendously since it was established in 1997. Originating as a national model funded through a partnership between the National Urban League, Bell Atlantic (now Verizon), the City of Boston and the Computer Technology Center Network (CTCNet) to become a leading-edge Timothy Smith Technology Center. ULEM's Technology Training Institute provides training within all services offered to the public. We also provide specialized technology competency training and vendor specific certification training.
