The Urban League of Eastern Massachusetts (ULEM), in partnership with State Street Corporation, equips motivated candidates with skills for Fund Accountant positions at State Street Corporation. The training component has two phases:

• Phase 1: A nine-week professional development and technology training provided by ULEM.
• Phase 2: A two-week Orientation followed by a six-month New Hire Training program (internship) at State Street Corporation.

Upon completion of the Fund Accounting Preparatory Program, State Street Corporation will offer full-time positions as Fund Accountants to select participants based on job availability and candidates' performance during the New Hire Training program.
