Customer Service & Sales Training (CSST)

CSST Graduates 2010 Customer Service & Sales Training is a six-week training program that encompasses recruitment, intake and assessment, training, case management, placement and retention services for customer service and sales candidates. Training for Customer Service & Sales Training includes five core competencies:

  • (1) Job Readiness
  • (2) Communication
  • (3) Customer Service
  • (4) Telephone Skills
  • (5) Retail Sales

After the training, graduates will be employed in one of our employer partners’ positions at Blue Cross Blue Shields of Massachusetts, Comcast NE Region, Metro PCS, and TJX Companies.
