A partnership between the Boston Carpenters Apprenticeship & Training Fund (BCATF), ULEM, and employer partners, Archer Corporation, Component Assembly Systems, and Suffolk Construction, BosCARP is a 6-week program that combines job readiness and hands-on training in the construction trades. This program introduces our students to the skilled trade of carpentry. Students learned fundamental safety and carpentry skills and gained firsthand experience in interior systems (drywall) and weatherization skills while obtaining industry certifications.
